In January 2023, Axcelead, Inc., (President & CEO Yoshinori Ikeura , hereafter “Axcelead”) concluded an agreement with NanoCarrier Co., Ltd.( President & CEO Shiro Akinaga , hereafter “NanoCarrier”)  regarding a comprehensive cooperative relationship for research, development, and manufacturing of mRNA therapeutics*. In order to further strengthen and promote the business alliance between the two companies, Axcelead has decided to acquire the stock acquisition rights issued by NanoCarrier through a third-party allocation.
